Suzanne Nakano Realty, Inc.'s biannual Hawaii Real Estate Reports are published in the Fudosan Keizai (Japan Real Estate Economic paper). Suzanne is a Hawaii real estate specialist who holds a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Less than 2% of all licensed real estate brokers have a CCIM designation, which requires a high dollar volume portfolio of closed transactions showing a depth of experience in the commercial investment field and passing rigorous investment analysis exams.
